# Best Adjustable Monitor Arms Source: https://tallfolkpicks.com/best/best-adjustable-monitor-arms Updated: 2026-10-06 Publisher: Tall Folk Picks. Our score is an editorial rating out of 10 (fit 35%, features 25%, build 20%, value 20%), not a customer rating. Method: https://tallfolkpicks.com/how-we-research#our-score Sitting a monitor on the desk or a short stand leaves it well below eye level for a tall person, so you tilt your head down and your neck pays for it all day. A monitor needs to rise to your natural sightline, which is higher off the desk than most fixed stands ever reach. These arms offer generous height ranges and long poles that lift a screen up to a tall user's eye level, seated or standing. Look at the maximum height above the desk, not just the tilt, when comparing arms. ## Picks ### 1. Mount-It!
