# Best Extra Deep Pocket Sheets for Tall People Source: https://tallfolkpicks.com/best/best-extra-deep-pocket-sheets Updated: 2026-10-20 Publisher: Tall Folk Picks. Our score is an editorial rating out of 10 (fit 35%, features 25%, build 20%, value 20%), not a customer rating. Method: https://tallfolkpicks.com/how-we-research#our-score Extra deep pocket sheets are fitted sheets with corners built to wrap mattresses roughly 15 to 22 inches thick, well beyond what standard sheets handle. They matter for tall people in two ways: taller sleepers often choose thick pillow-top or stacked mattresses, and a longer body tugging across the bed pulls shallow sheets loose so corners pop off overnight. When shopping, measure your mattress depth including any topper, then pick a pocket depth that clears it with a little room. Look for all-around elastic and secure corner banding to keep the fit tight, and confirm the length suits a longer mattress. Breathable cotton or a durable blend with a high thread count adds lasting comfort and grip. ## Picks ### 1.
