# Best Extra Long Body Pillows for Tall People Source: https://tallfolkpicks.com/best/best-extra-long-body-pillows Updated: 2026-10-06 Publisher: Tall Folk Picks. Our score is an editorial rating out of 10 (fit 35%, features 25%, build 20%, value 20%), not a customer rating. Method: https://tallfolkpicks.com/how-we-research#our-score Extra long body pillows are full-length pillows stretching 60 inches or more, longer than the common 48 to 54 inch size, so they run from head to knee along a taller body. For tall people, a standard body pillow ends mid-thigh and leaves the lower legs unsupported, which lets the hips and spine twist during side sleeping. A longer pillow keeps everything aligned. When choosing one, match the length to your height so it covers shoulder to knee, then weigh the fill: memory foam holds its shape, shredded foam adjusts, and down alternative stays soft. Look for a firmness that keeps its loft under your leg's weight and a removable, washable cover for easy care. ## Picks ### 1.
