# Best Oversized Bath Towels for Tall People Source: https://tallfolkpicks.com/best/best-oversized-bath-towels Updated: 2026-10-02 Publisher: Tall Folk Picks. Our score is an editorial rating out of 10 (fit 35%, features 25%, build 20%, value 20%), not a customer rating. Method: https://tallfolkpicks.com/how-we-research#our-score Oversized bath towels, often sold as bath sheets, are larger than the standard 27-by-52-inch towel, running around 35 by 70 inches or more. For tall people, a regular towel barely wraps around and rides up too short to be useful, while a bath sheet actually covers and stays put. When comparing, check the listed dimensions rather than trusting the label, since sizing varies a lot between brands. Look at the GSM weight, where roughly 600 to 900 gives a plush, absorbent feel without taking forever to dry, and favor long-staple or combed cotton for softness and durability. Confirm your machine and rack can handle the extra bulk before buying a full set. ## Picks ### 1.
