Teemour High Back Support Pillow for Office Chair, Memory Foam Lumbar Support Pillow with Adjustable Straps
Teemour's high back support pillow for office chairs in memory foam with adjustable straps, covering more of the back than small lumbar rolls.
Lumbar cushions are sold as one size, but the lumbar curve sits at a different height on every back, and a long torso puts it several inches higher than the cushion's designers assumed. That makes vertical placement the deciding feature: two independently adjustable straps let you slide the cushion up the backrest and lock it there, while a single loop strap or a cushion held in place only by your own weight drifts down within an hour and ends up pressing your sacrum instead of the small of your back. Depth is the second thing to get right and the one most buyers overlook. Every inch of cushion pushes you forward and shortens usable seat depth, and on longer thighs that shallow seat transfers pressure to the back of the knee. A three to four inch memory foam block suits a flat or slightly hollow backrest; a thinner profile is the correct choice in a chair that already curves. Density beats thickness, since soft foam bottoms out under load and stops supporting anything within minutes. A 3D mesh cover is worth having if you sit for long stretches, because foam traps heat against your back, and the cover should unzip and wash. Memory foam versus gel changes feel far less than height and depth do.
